A modern, family-friendly apartment on the first floor of our apartment building awaits its guests.
The layout is exemplary, the design is skillfully planned, and everything is very close to Schillig Beach.
Two bedrooms and the spacious living area with an open kitchen extend a warm welcome to you.
From the hallway, two steps lead down to the lower living area.
Featuring a cozy sofa nook, this space stands out for its built-in kitchenette and spacious dining area with a table and four chairs.
With its timelessly beautiful design, the high-quality built-in kitchen offers everything you need.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, and pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.
Each bedroom features a double bed with nightstands, a wardrobe, and an additional TV. The windows are equipped with fly screens.
The furnishings are modern and high-quality.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth on cooler days.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the bathroom—with its own sauna and full amenities—can quickly become a wellness retreat.
A sauna, a rain shower, and a bathtub provide the comfort you need to unwind. You can purchase sauna scents for your personal sauna moments at our front desk.
A spacious, furnished, and covered balcony facing south toward the waterway invites you to linger.
A free parking space is available to you during your stay.
Upon request, a travel crib for toddlers with a mattress and fitted sheet and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at our front desk (located directly on the premises).
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).
For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.
Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations, parties, or events are not permitted in this accommodation.
