Die moderne und gepflegte Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Lage zum Hundestrand sind hervorragend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Man hat den Eindruck, dass der Eigentümer dort auch selber gerne weilt. Man achtet auf Kleinigkeiten die dem Erhalt dienen. Die Betten haben neue Matratzen entsprechend gut ist die Nachruhe. Da über der Wohnung kein weiterer Balkon ist, ist sie heller als ihre baugleichen in den Etagen darunter.
Der Tisch auf dem Balkon ist für ein Frühstück zu Viert etwas klein. Dafür bleibt aber viel Platz die Fläche zum entspannen zu nutzen.
Top, die bisher beste Wohnung (aller guten Dinge sind drei).
