Each of the bedrooms and the living/dining room features mini-split air conditioning, quiet ceiling fans, and large windows that let in natural light and provide ideal cross-ventilation. The master bedroom and the third bedroom offer panoramic ocean views and direct access to the terrace and pool. With privacy in mind, the third bedroom and its bathroom are separate from the main house, just a few steps away from the rest of the main residence.
The house has three full bathrooms (one in each bedroom). It also includes a half-bath conveniently located near the common areas.
