Casa Los Arcos is the ideal beachfront escape, crafted for relaxation and furnished with all the essentials to fully enjoy the beach lifestyle! Just a few steps away, you'll find the soft sandy shores and the welcoming warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Casa Los Arcos features two single-level units: a main house for six guests and a separate casita for two.
The space:
Casa Los Arcos is a refreshing retreat, ideal for families or small groups of adults. The property can comfortably sleep 8 people - 6 in the main house and 2 in the charming casita. The main house features three bedrooms: oceanfront master bedroom with queen bed and full bath ensuite, second bedroom with queen bed and workstation; and cozy third bedroom with queen bed and garden views. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower in the main house and another full bathroom with walk-in shower next to the pool. In a separate building, the casita has a double canopy bed, kitchenette, dining area and full bathroom with walk-in shower. To ensure your comfort, all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and each bedroom features air conditioning, ceiling fans, and floor fans.
The house comes with all the essentials you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen has a large fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, juicer, air fryer, dishes & cutlery, utensils & pots/pans. The living room has a flat screen TV, books & games. There is Starlink for fast wifi throughout the main house, casita and pool area. The back patio has an outdoor kitchen, plush sofa & chairs, dining table that seats 8 and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The covered front patio also has comfortable seating and ceiling fan. The poolside bathroom has washer/dryer for your convenience. For beach fun we have provided paddleboards, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, life vests, beach toys and beach towels. The rooftop palapa offers amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and has a large dining table that seats 8-1o people. The house is highly secure, and you can park inside the gated area.
Guest access
The property is both secure and gated, ensuring your peace of mind. You will have access to the entire house, casita, and grounds. Enjoy the privacy of the pool, patio, and expansive grounds, with wide steps leading down to the beach.
The casita is part of rental package and will never be rented separately to another group while you are staying.
Other things to note:
While a car isn't essential, having one can be a great advantage for exploring nearby attractions such as beautiful beaches, cenotes, and Mayan ruins.
For transportation, you can utilize moto-taxis and collectivos (local minibuses), or you might consider hiring a local guide to uncover more about the surrounding regions.

This property pretty much delivers everything it promises in the description. Although it was February and we had a couple of cool days, we enjoyed the beach. Unfortunately the pool was too cool for us, but I'm confident we would have been in it daily in warmer weather. We were a small family of 4, so we didn't make use of the outdoor areas. But I think this place would be perfect for 4 couples who could make use of the outdoor dining areas. Really appreciated the paddle boards and bikes. WiFi was solid. No issues there. Plenty of drinking water to get you started, with a refill kiosk right up the street if you need more. I think the only thing the house needs is a dishwasher. Spent a lot of time doing dishes, but not a big deal. We felt safe and secure here. We ventured out every day with no issues, driving as far as Uxmal to see the ruins. Highly recommend btw. Also, go to San Antonio cenote. Small, but quiet with few visitors. Stunning place. You'll want to have a rental car if you come here. Glad we did.

It's a little piece of paradise. The view is incredible, the house is very comfortable with everything you need. It is quiet, welcoming and the hosts are always ready to help. It was a wonderful stay!
