Final Pia is one of the three urban centers that make up the municipality of Finale Ligure, now renowned as the “Outdoor Capital”. Throughout the year, many enthusiasts, MTbike, Trekking, Down Hill, Climbing etc., reach what is called one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, to practice these sports.
If you are among these enthusiasts, or a large family, this apartment is absolutely ideal, even to reach the beaches in peace without fighting for a parking space.
Once you reach the indicated address, you will have the peace of mind of having your own parking space, insured, a rare commodity.
From here you can unload your luggage, take the keys in total autonomy and go up to your accommodation.
Once you enter the building, the elevator will take you to the fourth and last floor.
Once you cross the threshold of this apartment, painted in blue, a small square of quick access to free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home.

On the left, we find the first fundamental environment, the Master Suite composed of a very comfortable Queen Size bed and a wardrobe, partly occupied, where you can store your clothes and personal effects.
The armchair present here, if necessary, can be transformed into an additional bed.
The blue tones will also allow a peaceful sleep.
The Suite is air conditioned and has a view of the first of the two balconies that the apartment has. The view from here is on some hills and its Ligurian vineyards.
Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed.
Continuing further, the generous bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower.
The large living area, also air conditioned, features a double sofa bed with three seats, with a coffee table and a 40 Smart TV.

The large windows open onto the second terrace, consisting of a small outdoor table and two chairs, to enjoy a good Italian coffee, early in the morning.
