Nice apartment on the second floor of a building in the center, just behind the main square, within walking distance from supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias and shops of all kinds; finely finished and furnished with modern furniture, 50 m from the beach.
Priceless is the convenience of reaching the beach on foot and in less than five minutes! Perfect for families or groups of four.
The apartment consists of a master bedroom; a bedroom with twin beds; stay-living room with kitchen with electric oven and refrigerator with freezer, table and four chairs, sofa and TV; bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and shower.

We visited Candida's appartement in July 2024, which is a modern gem in an otherwise dilapidated building. The technology in the flat has been renovated and the tap water is drinkable. No shutters on the windows, a blackout film is useful for undisturbed toddler sleep. You can reach the beach promenade in three minutes on foot. As there is no parking at the flat, you have to be inventive when arriving and departing. Candida is a friendly, approachable hostess. We liked it, we can recommend the appartement to anyone who doesn't have a problem with stairs.

Wohnung mit viel Stauraum, nah am Strand und an Geschäften; Nette Vermieterin, die sofort auf Fragen antwortet; Etwas überrascht, dass es kein Internet gab; Wohnung wird auf Grund der fehlenden Rollläden in Küche/Wohnzimmer sehr heiß im Sommer; Zusammenfassend eine schöne Wohnung, vielleicht aber eine schlechte Wahl für eine Familie mit Kleinkindern in Sommer (keine Klimaanlage, kein Parkplatz, 45 Stufen mit Baby und Kinderwagen, Müll muss weiter weg gebracht werden, offene Fenster bei der Hitze führen zu hunderten Moskitobissen und einen sehr frühen Weckdienst (4:30 durch Seemöwen) und bringen ein Sicherheitsrisiko für die Kleinen;

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt - die Wohnung ist sauber, hell und liegt zentral. Candida ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Nice modern apartment in the center of Finale. Not much noise at night though directly in the city center. The owners are a nice family, speaking good English, so everything could be perfectly arranged (time of arriving was flexible, getting and giving back the keys, quick reactions on sms etc.). In the kitchen we missed some bowls and some more plates, glasses, mugs. The apartment was cleaned but there was some waste under the couch, crumbs in the oven, grease in the drawer - maybe from the previous tenant? To sum up it was a perfect facility to have a wonderful holiday without a car.

Appartement impeccable et agréable à vivre ! Depuis la pièce principale, où se trouvent la cuisine, la table à manger et le canapé, on accède aux deux chambres et à la salle de bain. Les aménagements sont modernes et de qualité. La literie est très confortable, bonnes nuits de repos garanties. L'appartement est spacieux et en excellent état. Appartement idéalement situé ! En centre ville, en zone piétonne, au calme à toutes heures de la journée. A proximité de tous commerces (boulangerie, charcuterie, magasin de pâtes fraîches, supérette, restaurant,...), à deux pas de la mer et de la place Victor-Emmanuel II. Il est d'ailleurs très plaisant de flâner le soir autour de cet espace de vie parmi les nombreuses familles et les enfants qui jouent au ballon. Stationnement journalier de 10 € au parking Piazza Donatori di sangue (5 minutes à pied). Candida, notre hôte, a été charmante. Elle nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Elle s'est montré disponible, à notre arrivée et à notre départ, tout en nous proposant de la solliciter si nécessaire au cours de notre séjour. Souriante et bienveillante à l'image des italiens et italiennes que nous avons croisées lors de ces vacances. Grazie mille per tutte queste belle cose ! Abbiamo riportato bei ricordi ! Spaziosa e da poco ristrutturata... Accogliente e con tutto....unica "pecca" i 45 gradini ripidi per salirci...ma per smaltire la focaccia tutto sommato si potevano fare...pozione 10 e lode, dietro la piazza principale e parcheggio autosilo a 250mt. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile! Ci tornero presto

Ottimo appartamento, si entra nel soggiorno luminoso con divano e angolo cottura, frontalmente si trova la camera da letto matrimoniale per poi proseguire in un locale lavanderia. Lateralmente si trova il bagno ben organizzato e una seconda camera da letto. Il tutto di buona fattura e appena ristrutturato. Edificio posto in pieno centro, un po' datato come del resto tutte le abitazioni del centro. Scale ripide e da risistemare. Ma questo dipende dal codominio, entrare nell'appartamento pulito e profumato fa dimenticare le scale. Candida padrona di casa eccellente, disponibile e che sa consigliare per qualsiasi cosa. Peccato aver trascorso un solo weekend, sicuramente, se ci sarà possibilità, torneremo. Consiglio ++

Ottima posizione, in pieno centro (ma silenzioso) nella zona pedonale e vicino a tutti i tipi di servizi e negozi. Vicinissimo anche alla spiaggia. Pulito e con tutto il necessario. Candida sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Uniche pecche...la scala per accedere all'appartamento vecchia e ripida e senza possibilità di scaricare i bagagli in prossimità della casa. comunque consigliatissimo!

Great location, practical set up

The apartment is located on a side street in town, conveniently-located (near restaurants, shops, beach) yet still quiet, even at night. The set-up was ideal for us (couple with one-year-old child), with enough space to spread out and handy facilities. Very clean, comfortable and functional. Both Candida and Lucia are welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay!

L'appartamento è situato in pieno centro nella zona pedonale, comodissimo per godersi una bella passeggiata serale nel paese, vicino a tutti i tipi di servizi e negozi. La spiaggia (libera o bagno privato) è a 5 minuti il che permette anche a famiglie con bambini di muoversi comodamente (ho una bimba di 3 anni e una di 6 mesi). Personalmente ho molto apprezzzato il fatto che l'appartamento ha due facciate quindi stanze belle fresche. Consegnato splendidamente pulito e con tutto il necessario in ottimo stato. Un particolare ringraziamento alla proprietaria sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Consigliatissimo!
