About this apartment rental
On Bridge Street, in the heart of Vail Village, about a minute`s walk from Gondola One. Five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, room for ten.
You can change almost everything about a ski trip after you book. You cannot change the address. Step out the door and the village is already happening: first chair in the morning, lunch back at the condo, dinner two minutes away on foot.

Bridge Street is the oldest street in Vail and still the best one. Our door opens onto it.
What that buys you is time. No shuttle, no parking hunt at 7am, no driving back at the end of the day with wet gear and tired kids. You walk. Gondola One is about a minute away. The bakery is closer than that.
THE BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 - King with en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, a private balcony over the village, and a smart TV.
Bedroom 2 - Twin-over-full bunk bed with a smart TV. The kids will fight over the top one.
Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds with a smart TV, off the dining area, with a slider door for privacy.
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with en suite bathroom and a smart TV.
Bedroom 5 - Two twin beds with en suite bathroom, a smart TV, and a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge.
THE BATHROOMS
Four full bathrooms, all stocked with towels and toiletries. Three are en suite, so most of the group never has to wait on anyone.
KITCHEN AND LIVING
One full kitchen with modern appliances, plus a kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge in bedrooms 1 and 5 for late arrivals and early risers. The dining table seats the whole group and opens into a living room with big windows, a fireplace, and a smart TV.
OUTSIDE
Multiple balconies wrap the condo, looking down over Bridge Street and out toward the mountain. There is a hot tub on the first level.

✔️Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
✔️No Pets Allowed
✔️ IMPORTANT: There is no private parking available in Vail Village. Guests are responsible for paying for parking in the Vail Parking Structure
