About this house rental
This contemporary 4.5 bedroom / 5 bathroom chalet is the epitome of modern comfort and convenience. Surrounded by pine trees overlooking a serene mountain pond, you are completely insulated from the outside world yet only steps away from the ski slopes ( 5-minute walk to Lionshead Gondola) and all the action (12-minute walk/ 5-minute drive) to Vail Village.
The modern design includes floor to ceiling windows, some reaching over 20 feet in height, that bring in ample natural sunlight. Enjoy unobstructed views of both the private pond as well as Golden Peak mountain where elite downhill ski racers compete during the winter- a calming backdrop during the workday. Once the work is over (on or off the slopes) take a dip in the hot tub or unwind with a mountain margarita around the outdoor fire pit, while the grillmaster whips up some appetizers and you take in the fresh mountain air. The outdoor patio is also furnished with a dining table, two outdoor heaters, and a sun umbrella during the warmer months for the outdoor enthusiasts who prefer dining al fresco.

The interior of the 2.5 story chalet is a minimalist aesthetic with neutral tones creating an elegant yet cozy feel.
The main floor has a serene and spacious open floor plan including a large dining room table that comfortably seats 8 guests (with additional bar seating for 6) and an intimate living room surrounding a natural wood-burning fireplace perfectly situated for a late-night S'mores session.
The multi-functional gourmet chef kitchen is tricked out with all the state of the art appliances a chef desires from staples such as Instapots and Kitchen Aids to European fondue and raclette sets.
For those working at home, there are also several quiet nooks to retreat to during the workday, including a lofted office outfitted with a scanner and printer as well as a small breakfast alcove that seats 8 guests and features its own fireplace.
Not to be missed, the cozy cinema and game room is the prime location for family movie nights or heated games of Monopoly and showcases a 60-inch flat-screen tv with surround sound.
