About this house rental
Make Palermo your private Coachella retreat: seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, a saltwater pool with a six-seat swim-up bar, heated spa, nine-hole putting green, basketball court and climate-controlled arcade lounge. From pool days to outdoor movie nights, there is plenty of space to gather and unwind.
Backyard entertainment
Enjoy the pool’s Baja shelf, loungers and bubblers that reach up to 15 feet. Play basketball, pool volleyball, ping-pong, cornhole or life-size Connect 4, then settle beside the outdoor fireplace. The sunken outdoor kitchen includes natural gas and charcoal grills, with a 100-inch outdoor 4K TV and surround sound for evening entertainment.
Living and arcade lounge
The open living room and fully equipped chef’s kitchen feature high ceilings, an 85-inch 4K TV and ceiling surround sound. The climate-controlled garage lounge has arcade machines, air hockey, board games, a couch and a 4K TV. Its operable garage door creates an indoor-outdoor gathering space; it is not available for vehicle parking.
Seven bedrooms and workspaces
Two bedrooms are downstairs: a queen room and a bunk room with two full-bottom/twin-top bunks. Upstairs are five bedrooms and two dedicated offices. The primary suite has a king bed, additional single bed, private 4K TV, workspace and ensuite with soaking tub and waterfall shower. Across the home, the listed beds total one king, five queens, two doubles and four singles.
Family comforts
Baby bath, baby monitor, upstairs safety gates, pack ’n play/crib, children’s dishware, books and games are available on request. Enjoy whole-home Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, washer/dryer, and a complimentary level 2 universal EV charger.
Access and parking
Personalized keyless self check-in and private access to the home, excluding the owner’s closet. The driveway accommodates four cars. Additional street parking is subject to availability. Exterior security cameras face the front yard only.
Pool and spa heating
Spa heating is included at no charge and controlled through the kitchen iPad. Optional pool heating to 82°F costs $90 per night and must be requested in advance. Pool towels are provided.
Pets and routine service
Up to two house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please clean up after them; damage or stains may incur a $1,000 deep-cleaning charge plus assessment of damages.
Pool service: Monday and Thursday in the early morning, approximately 15–30 minutes, with side-gate access.
Gardening: Wednesday morning/afternoon.
Waste collection: Wednesday early morning.
Convenient for the Desert Horse Park, PGA West, Thermal Track, local casinos, and the Coachella and Stagecoach festival area.
