About this house rental
Enjoy a private Coachella retreat with seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, a saltwater pool and swim-up bar, a heated spa, and a climate-controlled arcade lounge. A four-hole putting green, life-size chess and outdoor movie nights make it easy to spend the day together.
Outdoor living
The pool features a Baja shelf, loungers and geyser bubblers reaching up to 15 feet. Gather around the sunken outdoor kitchen with natural-gas and charcoal grills, an 85-inch outdoor TV, surround sound, shaded dining and an outdoor fireplace. Play pool basketball, ping-pong, cornhole, axe and dart throwing, chess and jumbo Connect 4.
Inside the home
The open living area has an 85-inch 4K TV, ceiling surround sound and oversized sectional seating. The chef’s kitchen includes labeled cabinets, a full spice rack and coffee-making essentials. The game lounge offers retro arcade machines, air hockey, foosball, arcade basketball, a poker table, board games and a TV lounge. High-speed Wi-Fi, two office setups, central air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, and free Level 2 EV charging are included.
Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1: king bed, two single beds and a crib; ensuite bathroom, smart TV and work desk.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: one queen bed each.
Bedroom 5: two double beds and one single bed.
Bedroom 6: queen bed and single bed.
Bedroom 7: two bunk beds with double lower beds and single upper beds.
Living room: two couches and a floor mattress.
Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are downstairs. Five bedrooms are upstairs. Baby equipment is available upon request.
Access and parking
Self check-in with a custom code. Guests have exclusive use of the home except one owner’s closet. The driveway accommodates four cars, with additional street parking available. The garage is a game room and is not available for parking. Mailbox access is not provided. Exterior cameras face the front yard; there are no backyard cameras.
Pool, spa and pets
Spa heating is included and controlled using the kitchen iPad. Optional pool heating to 82°F costs $90 per night; request it in advance. Pool towels are provided in the bathrooms. Up to two house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please clean up after pets; damage or stains may result in a $1,000 deep-cleaning charge plus assessment of further damage.
Routine maintenance
Pool service visits Monday and Thursday in the early morning for 15–30 minutes, accessing the yard through the side gate. Gardening takes place Wednesday morning to early afternoon. Waste collection is early Wednesday morning.

The home is convenient for the Empire Polo Club festival grounds, Desert International Horse Park, PGA West, Thermal Club, golf, dining and hiking. A separate six-bedroom, four-bathroom home next door may be available to book as a bundle; inquire about availability.
