About this villa rental
A staffed charming 1600s hunting lodge in the Lucca countryside offering inspiring views in the countryside between Lucca and Pisa. Enjoy the exclusive interiors, the ravishing swimming pool and the enchanted atmosphere.
It's unique Italian gardens will amaze you with Mediterranean flowers and trees while the elegant interiors characterized by original frescoes will offer you a peaceful and privileged retreat. The holiday rental stands within an antique real estate in a panoramic position overlooking the mild hills of this magnificent region.
Dozens of sought after destinations are nearby: the historic towns of Pisa (still a 20 mins drive away from the Villa), Viareggio and Carrara, the exclusive Versilian beaches of Forte dei Marmi, the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps, the suggestive Hot Springs of Bagni di Lucca, the relaxing Beauty Farms of Montecatini and even the ski slopes of Abetone.
The villa features three luxurious living rooms with all the comforts (Wi-Fi internet access and Sat TV). Close to the main living is the formal dining room.
The main kitchen of the property is Tuscan style, with traditional majolica, fireplace and wooden furniture and located in the lower level.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, in 5 luxury bedrooms all offering unforgettable views: 4 bedrooms have a double king size bed, 1 bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
2 of the above mentioned bedrooms and 2 of the above mentioned bathrooms are located on the ground floor so guests with restricted mobility can avoid the stairs and enjoy this villa.
This Lucca luxury villa has a great outdoor: a little lake and fountains, gazebo covered with roses and romantic outdoor dining tables, old trees and even a small brook flowing in the Italian garden. Every corner of the garden is just heavenly.
In front of the main entrance facing the garden and the pool area is where you will find two outdoor dining tables under the shade of white parasols. Another dining table is covered by a flowered gazebo and is protected by big trees.
The wide swimming pool (12 x 6 meters, 1,5 metre depth) is surrounded by a green lawn and is furnished with chaises longues ( luxury sun loungers with mattress and cushions) and a sofa with armchairs.

The anticipation grew palpably as our car climbed the charming country road to the villa. My eyes widened gleefully as we turned into the driveway, past the olive grove. My first sight of this special place was through my lowered car window. The first sound was from already arrived family members, ecstatically greeting us, almost shouting with wonder at the perfection of our villa choice. Thus began a two-week stay at Villa Rosita. The service is first class, the villa is spectacular. At each discovery of an new amenity, we were amazed at magazine-like beauty, almost too good to be really, really real. The gazebo at the pool, the warm and nurturing kitchen, the walk to the top of the hill, the villages nestled into the hillside, the friendly people, and the spectacular views, fading miles into infinity. My mind is replete with lavender colored wisteria, draping the outdoor dining area. Local wine quenching eager thirst, mountain top Tuscan vistas beckoning from any open window,any where in the villa. My delighted family expressing their awe at the entire experience that is Villa Rosita: laughing, Joyful people, luscious landscapes, love, food, wine and overpowering memories of Tuscany. A special part of my heart resides there, awaiting my return. Thank you Mrs Sonia for another wonderful holiday.. since we met you always provided to my family great houses and an excellent customer care

The villa was amazing. The views and the architectural detail was nothing short of breathtaking! Mrs Sonia took care of everything, and after a magical day of exploring the hill towns, we arrived home to the villa just in time for a glass of wine under the stars, and a heart warming, home-cooked meal right at our very own villa table. Italy shouldn’t be traveled any other way!
