About this house rental

Welcome to my accommodation!
The house offers three comfortable bedrooms. The first two ones are on the beach side, with access to the balcony and amazing sea views. The first one has a queen double bed. The second, two single beds, perfect for friends or family.
The third bedroom has a 140x190 double bed with views on the quiet residential neighborhood.
All the rooms have ceiling fans, to keep refreshed during the hottest days.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as stove, oven and dishwasher, with all the pans and pots needed as well as all the crockery, so you can prepare delicious meals. Share moments at the dining table, enjoying good conversation and home-cooked food.
The living room is a cozy place with a large sofa and a smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. From here, you access the large terrace where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze and watch the sunrise while relaxing in the outdoor furniture.

Located on Avinguda del Baconé, this house is in one of the most practical and attractive areas of L'Ampolla, a charming coastal village known for its peaceful atmosphere, maritime tradition and excellent quality of life by the sea.

The property enjoys an ideal location, close to the main points of interest in the municipality and with easy access to the most commercial area, where services, local shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and nearby establishments are concentrated. This proximity allows you to enjoy the comfort of having everything you need for daily life just minutes away, without sacrificing the calm characteristic of this Mediterranean environment.

One of the great attractions of the area is its proximity to the seafront promenade and the beaches of L'Ampolla, perfect for relaxing, walking by the sea or enjoying outdoor activities. The village is also known for its renowned gastronomic offer, especially its restaurants specializing in fresh fish, shellfish and typical products of the Ebro Delta.

In addition, L'Ampolla is a privileged gateway to the Ebro Delta Natural Park, a unique environment for nature lovers, photographers, hikers, cyclists and birdwatchers. Its landscapes of rice fields, lagoons and natural beaches make the area a special place both for living all year round and for enjoying a second home.

Access to the property is comfortable by both car and public transport. By car, L'Ampolla is well connected via the AP-7, exit 39A, and the N-340.

The nearest train station is L'Ampolla-El Perelló-Deltebre, about 11 minutes' walk from the Baconé area, with connections to Tarragona, Barcelona and Tortosa via regional trains and the R16 line.

There are also nearby intercity bus stops, such as L'Ampolla - Barranc de Borrasca, about 12 minutes' walk away. L'Ampolla does not have a metro, so the main public transport options are train and bus.

Check-in at this accommodation is self check-in. Physical keys must be collected from a code-locked box. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in by request). You will receive the collection code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once the guest registration is completed.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking.

Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
