Are you looking for sun, beach, and sea away from the tourist crowds? Would you like to listen to the birds singing in the pine trees in the morning and enjoy your meals under the almond trees? Then you’ve come to the right place.

In Punta de l’Áliga, nestled within a fenced-in 8,000 m² park, lies our charming vacation home “Los Pinos,” just 300 m from the sea.

Surrounded by pine, olive, eucalyptus, carob, and fig trees, the property also features a shared pool (open from March through October), a children’s playground, and five additional vacation homes for rent, located about 50 m away.

Throughout the entire area, you’ll find only chalets—no townhouses or high-rises.

The access roads to the homes are neither straight nor paved. Punta de l’Áliga is a small peninsula, a dead-end road with no through traffic, so you’ll hardly encounter any cars on your way to your home. Directly to the northeast lies one of the last remaining coastal nature reserves on the Costa Daurada. This makes the headland an exceptional place for anyone seeking peace, relaxation, and proximity to the sea. Outside the property, there are only two public parking spots along the road within a one-kilometer radius; there are none elsewhere, as the roads are too narrow and poorly paved. Traveling by SUV is not strictly necessary but is recommended. This is why the area is so quiet and the beaches are almost deserted. There is no public transportation anywhere. Unfortunately, a vacation here without your own vehicle is not possible.

Punta de l'Áliga

About 300 meters from the house, the kids can splash around in knee-deep water while Dad goes fishing.

Every now and then you’ll spot sea urchins, so don’t forget your water shoes. Swimming goggles are also essential for enjoying the underwater rock formations while swimming. This swimming area is a paradise for snorkelers and lovers of the underwater world.

L'Illot Beach and Cove (pronounced “Lijott”)

A small, natural sandy beach, shaped by the tides, in a sheltered cove, accessible only on foot. Search for “Roca de l’Illot” on Google. It’s about an 8-minute walk from your vacation home in Los Pinos.
