INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Casa Adriana is a three-room apartment located on a raised ground floor, with spaces arranged in a functional way for seaside stays.

The living area includes a lounge with satellite TV and an open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom and one bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed, suitable for accommodating up to 4 guests.

The property also features a windowed bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment and Wi-Fi is available year-round. The bedrooms are fitted with mosquito screens.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The apartment features a private garden enclosed by hedges and a covered veranda furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The beach can easily be reached on foot within a few minutes. There is also a practical outdoor shower, useful after returning from the beach.

Nearby services include a supermarket, pizzeria, bus stop and a padel court.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT



A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically presented).

The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).

In case of damage or rule violations, part or all of the deposit may be retained.

Online check-in is required after booking (upload of documents and selfies for all guests).

Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.

A tourist rental contract must be signed; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.



KEY COLLECTION

Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia.

WASTE COLLECTION

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Waste bins are located inside the garden area.
