Payments & Security Deposit
A security deposit is required upon arrival and blocked on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present). The amount is automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).

Booking Details
Klodge accommodations are private properties managed under tourist lease regulations (Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 – Sardinia). Being private homes, they may include minor imperfections that do not affect functionality. Essential services (final cleaning, initial linen set) are provided by external companies; related costs are charged to the guest.
Online Check-in & Rental Contract
After booking, guests must complete the online check-in by uploading IDs and selfies for all travellers. Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations. A tourist rental contract must be signed (in Italian). An English courtesy copy is provided.
Key Collection
Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Recycling
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Guests are asked to dispose of all waste correctly before departure.
