Welcome to Villa Hulhavanhelmi (83m²) at the foot of Iso-Syöte! Relax in the private outdoor jacuzzi of this semi-detached apartment. Features 2 bedrooms, a loft, and a sauna. Located in a peaceful area just 600m from slopes and 500m from the beach, with direct access to tracks and trails. WiFi and final cleaning are included. An EV charging station (Type 2) is available for an extra fee. Perfect for families and active vacationers!
The villa offers a spacious layout with 65 m² on the ground floor and an 18 m² loft.
Ground floor: Two bedrooms (each with 2 beds), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living room, a bathroom, a private sauna, and a toilet. The living room features a sofa bed for 2 additional guests.
Loft: 4 sleeping spots (two beds and two extra mattresses).
Family friendly: Includes a baby cot, high chair, child gates on the stairs, potty, step stool, and toys/games.
Amenities: Fireplace (firewood included), drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, air conditioning/heat pump for cooling, and a Smart-TV with Chromecast/AirPlay.
