52 m² house in the village. Private enclosed garden of 700 m² with trees and fencing. Private enclosed parking and garage for 2 cars 12 meters from the house. (Children's playground in the village 200 meters away).
Ground floor: Kitchen (4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor hood, etc.) and dining area. Living room with a 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, 80 cm flat-screen TV. Shower room with WC. Spiral staircase.
Upstairs: 1 landing bedroom divided into two separate sections (2 single beds 80x190 cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 160x190 cm and 2 single beds 90x190 cm).
Electric heating. Firewood available for a fee. Free telephone calls to landlines in Europe. Cot and high chair available. DVD and CD player.
Fiber optic internet.
