Welcome to Coco Cottage, a charming 1939 historic vacation cottage in a peaceful West Palm Beach neighborhood. This private 2-bedroom, 2-bath home blends original character with thoughtful modern updates, including two king bedrooms, original oak floors, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, private back deck, driveway parking, and access to a shared heated saline pool and BBQ area.

Inside, Coco Cottage feels warm, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The open floor plan includes a cozy living area with a 55” 4K TV, Wi-Fi 6, HVAC, ceiling fans, and inviting decor. Original oak floors add historic charm throughout the home, while modern amenities make the stay comfortable and convenient.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy meals in the dining room, grab coffee in the breakfast nook, or take your morning outside to the private back deck.

Both bedrooms feature king beds with hybrid bedding for a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom faces north and the other faces south, giving each room its own feel and natural light. The hall bathroom, located near the north bedroom, includes a shower/tub combo. The Cabana bath features a Coventry soaking tub with both handheld and rainfall shower options, creating a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring West Palm Beach.

Step outside to your private back deck, furnished with a bar-height umbrella table, bar stools, an outdoor rocker chaise, and a club chair with ottoman. It’s a lovely spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or a quiet afternoon with a book.

Guests also have access to a shared heated saline pool and BBQ area within the boutique cottage complex. The pool is shared with a small number of neighboring vacation cottages and is designed to feel spacious, calm, and relaxing. Each home has its own private entrance to the pool area with a child-safe latch.

Please note: the pool and BBQ area are shared with other properties in the boutique complex. Coco Cottage itself is private to you during your stay. The pool’s heat pump may shut off automatically when the local temperature drops below 50 degrees.

Pool and BBQ grill hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests must reserve the grill at least 2 hours before use.

Driveway parking is available for 1 vehicle. One additional car may be parked on P Street, as long as it is parked in the direction of traffic flow and not near double yellow lines or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
