The Space:
Casa Blanca is a beautifully restored 1925 Spanish Mission style cottage with two bedrooms plus a den, two bathrooms, and a private heated pool. This classic West Palm Beach historically designated vacation cottage sleeps up to five people and is comfortably furnished in a classical Spanish-Mediterranean style.
Amenities include: Central air and heat; a fully equipped kitchen w/ coffee maker, microwave, blender, cookware, etc; cable television with DVD in the living room; An additional TV in the 2nd guestroom, high speed internet access; bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; private fenced backyard; outdoor grill; outdoor seating; beach towels.

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.
Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

Casa Blanca is a perfectly sized house with a beautiful pool and all the amenities you need. We rented bikes and got to the beech, the zoo and downtown in no time.

The photos of this place are a bit deceiving. It is smaller than the photos appear. The pool was great. Most doors stick as the property is older.
We booked through vrbo but our mention of our dog didn't get through and we were charged and additional $150. Not good.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The heated pool was great and there are so many places to walk to and check out the beautiful area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with.
