Nestled in the tranquility of the Mediterranean scrub, this charming detached cottage is the ideal retreat for those seeking a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature. The house enjoys a privileged location, set beneath a cool pine grove between the areas of Straccoligno and Capo Perla, in a private and peaceful setting, away from traffic yet just minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
The spacious outdoor areas, for the exclusive use of guests, allow you to fully experience the island atmosphere: Mediterranean scents, open views and moments of complete relaxation in the fresh air. The space is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrella, sun loungers and a convenient canopy providing pleasant shaded areas during the hottest hours.
Also available are an outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach, a barbecue for relaxed open-air dining, and a washing machine with an external sink.
The house consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The interiors are simple yet functional, perfect for an informal and comfortable stay.
The property also offers private parking and Wi-Fi.
To access the house, there is a short staircase with wide and comfortable steps. The road leading to the property is uphill and unpaved, but generally easy to drive on with most cars, ensuring privacy without sacrificing convenience.
