Spacious and bright studio apartment with equipped porch and garden on the mezzanine floor and recently built, within a residential complex with a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of a garden and with a panoramic view of the Gulf. We are in Naregno, one of the longest beaches on the eastern side, a sandy and gravel beach that slopes gently, suitable for families with children. It offers all possible services, bars, restaurants, sailing and catamaran school and diving center. The structure sits on a hill immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and descends to the sea offering unforgettable views, hence the idea for the name Verde Blu. A boat trip to the Costa dei Gabbiani is recommended where you can discover the various coves on this side , equipped or wild according to your preferences, being the longest coastal stretch of the island it is able to satisfy everyone's tastes.

The apartment of about 40 square meters has a living room with kitchenette, foldaway double bed and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower. To complete the apartment, a garden equipped with table and chairs with a '' light '' sea view. The apartment is equipped with TV, air conditioning and Wifi, washing machine, private parking included, shared barbecue and swimming pool saisonal.

- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
