About this house rental
Welcome to the tiny house Ty mouss', sea view and facing the ocean, located on the road of the solar wind
The studio is a small cocoon of a little more than 20m2 in total, air-conditioned for your comfort (reversible air/air heat pump), including an open space of ~15M2 with everything you need to spend a pleasant iodized stay.
Independent and out of sight, in a property, in the middle of the Bay of Audierne, a protected natural site, between the Pointe de la Torche and the Pointe du Raz
Wild coast - Sea view - beach at 20 m; you are there in 10 seconds! –
For 1 to 2 people - Ideal holiday

- Full kitchen area with sink, domino plates, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, high table with 2 chairs, storage
The closed bathroom of more than 3M2 consists of a suspended toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower
Sheets and towels provided, kitchen towel
Technical room of ~2M2 with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, broom, storage
You have at your disposal several welcome products, various cleaning products (for long stays the restocking is at your expense)
Outside, you can enjoy on sunny days your terrace area with garden furniture
The property consists of the main owner's cottage and your accommodation, without vis-à-vis, on enclosed and secure land with gate code. You have a small private outdoor space in front of your home, and a vehicle space; the rest being reserved for the owner
***I preferred the bed rather than the sofa bed for maximum comfort with quality mattresses.
