About this house rental
This vacation home is quietly situated near the sea and the beach.
The house has 140 sqm of comfort for up to five people and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor you find the living room with fireplace that opens onto the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms. In the spacious bedroom with a double bed. In this room, a small sea view is possible. In the other room has a single bed. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also upstairs.
South facing, 45 m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture for five people, a parasol and a barbecue. It is bordered by the 150 m² garden with lawn and flowers. The garden is enclosed by a hedge, but not completely fenced. In front of the house there is a courtyard shared with the owners. Here you can park your car.
Each room can be heated by an electric heater.

The house is about two kilometers from the nearest beach. There you can swim, surf or fish on foot. The center of Plozevet with supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, tobacconists, newsagents, tourist office, restaurant, bar and creperie is about two kilometers from the house.

We were looking for somewhere quiet away from the hustle and bustle but within a short distance of the beach and the waves. This was perfect. We had a fabulous time, were very well looked after and our host was incredibly patient with my very basic French. A great holiday.

It should be mentioned in the details that end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are extra. The house is in a delightful situation, very peaceful and with a delightful garden for eating in or just relaxing.

We had a lovely time staying here. The gite is very spacious and comfortable and had everthing we needed. The garden is lovely we enjoyed sitting out taking in the amazing
view over the coast. The host was friendly and available if needed. This is in a great location, very peaceful. The the beach and bakery were within walking distance and there are plenty of other places to visit a short drive away. We have visited quite a few gites and this is one of our favourites and one I would visit again!
