We had a great little getaway at this rental! The house was extremely well stocked—everything from cooking utensils to a blender and roasting pans. It made meal prep super easy. There’s a grocery store less than 10 minutes away, and downtown is about a 20-minute walk—mostly along sidewalks, with just a short, moderately steep uphill stretch at the end. We actually liked being a bit outside the main drag—it was peaceful and very quiet.
The space was clean, private, and had everything you’d need to be comfortable in any weather (space heaters, table fans, ceiling fan, AC) Laundry on-site was a big plus. The front bedroom does get a bit of noise from the bathroom, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. There’s no separate dining table, but the kitchen island worked well for two of us (would be a little tight for four). Overall, a cozy, well-equipped spot—perfect for a relaxing stay. We saw deer in the yard!

We had good communication with the manager prior to check-in, and we had no problems checking in. The home is located in a nice area close to the village of Boothbay Harbor but the location is very quiet. The house has been remodeled recently and everything seemed new and in good condition. The kitchen is very well equipped. The only problem we had was with ants. We notified the management and they brought more ant traps but we feel that the home might need professional help to eliminate this problem.
