The Space:
Spacious and boasting a unique townhouse-like layout, this two-level oceanfront condo is more than ready to assist in making the best memories with loved ones here in Ocean City. As soon as you enter the upper level, you will be greeted by the wall of windows that lead to the private furnished balcony that looks out to the emerald blue water of the ocean and white sand below! This level also boasts a full kitchen complete with everything needed to whip up tasty meals, a large living area featuring a flatscreen TV, and a dining table to gather at for game nights. Not to mention, the shared pool can be just the place to escape the heat come summer! You will fall in love with this location, as this condo sits perfectly between Maryland Beach and Ocean City Beach. The Acme grocery store is also just across the street! If you want to check out the local shops and restaurants, you can walk from the resort and find your own favorite places. Plus, amazing attractions including Jolly Roger Amusement Park (four miles south), Ocean City Boardwalk (six miles), and Trimper's Rides of Ocean City (six-and-a-half miles). Things to Know Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time. A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out. The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October. The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
