Three private balconies and breathtaking water views make this stylish split-level condo at the top of the tallest building in Ocean City a truly unforgettable beach getaway. Upon entry, the private primary suite welcomes you with an incredible ocean view from its own balcony, setting the tone for the spectacular scenery found throughout the unit. Head downstairs to the beautiful main living area, where a second large oceanfront balcony offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow the family chef to enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, making gathering together easy and enjoyable. When you're ready for sand between your toes, simply ride the fast beach elevator down and step off the massive Century I sundeck directly onto the beach. As evening arrives, the third balcony off the second bedroom becomes the perfect spot to watch the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets, making this incredible unit tough to beat for your Ocean City vacation.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking may be available through Century I on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 per day or $70 per week.

I have to say that our initial response was to give the property a rating of 2. We had a late check in because we were arriving after 8pm. That went smoothly but the door to the unit was difficult to open. Push the knob and turn the key at the same time. The entry is upstairs as is the ocean facing bedroom. The lighting could use some updating and the sliding glass doors were very difficult to unlock and open. However the unit was clean. The kitchen is updated and stocked pretty well. The living room is as pictured but again the lighting could be updated. The bedroom facing coastal highway is ok. Bed was comfortable for one but it is a queen. This room also needs updated lighting. Overall the unit is comfortable, clean and conveniently located near everything. The only other comment concerns Coastal Property. We had to go to a different location to pick up the welcome bag but the young woman working in the office was very pleasant and the bag is very nice. Would I stay there again? Probably not because of the steps but don’t let that stop you from staying in this ocean front condo.
