The Space:

Light filters through tall Victorian windows, casting soft shadows across exposed beams and polished wood floors. You might begin your morning with a Nespresso in the open-plan kitchen or settle into the Sudanese daybed as city life hums beyond the glass. Every corner of this thoughtfully restored space connects Manchester’s industrial past with a quiet sense of home.



Sleeping arrangements

Two king-size bedrooms offer comfortable retreat with generous wardrobe space and gentle lighting. Each room invites rest after a day exploring the Northern Quarter or nearby Cotton Park.

The apartment includes two bathrooms designed for comfort, featuring white Calcutta marble tiles, resin basins, and full-length backlit mirrors. Complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap are provided for your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The open kitchen is fully equipped for both quick breakfasts and shared dinners. You’ll find a fridge, freezer, oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and induction hob. The closest metrolink station is New Islington, around 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Manchester Piccadilly train station is around 5 minutes by car. You can be in Manchester's central shopping and retail district within 10 minutes walking, or 5 minutes driving.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.
