It offers 1 bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with oven-microwave and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are provided. Nearby there are several open supermarkets and the town center is a 10-minute walk away.

The living room has a sofa bed convertible into a large double bed where the dining area and kitchen are located. It has a private bathroom with shower. The south-facing terrace with views has an outdoor table.
