About this apartment rental
Not very big, but very atmospheric and equipped with all conveniences, and only 150 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit! The Roma apartment has recently been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. Roma is therefore a fantastic home base for a wonderful beach holiday! Roma is situated on the 3rd floor (no elevator!) And consists of a living room with dining table and sliding doors to the terrace, fully equiped open kitchen , double bedroom with access to balcony, a small bedroom (suitable for 2 children) with single bed and additional pull-out bed and a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower. For our 10 nights stay wir our dog it was a good flat.
Everything was functional, the flat was clean and it was calm, however not far away from beach, city Centre including harbour.
Beach with dog allowed was about 15 minutes walk away.
A bit confusing was the parking situation, the car park is not exclusive for this flat, but it is one of 5 within this parking, however the other blocks & their residents did not really care about the parking spaces for the tourists.
A bit our bad luck was, that our neigbours from obove were incredibly loud, but after their departure everything was fine
