Close to the beach and centrally located—a cozy vacation rental with a balcony!
Welcome to “Haus Fritz-Reuter-Straße 5.” Our “Eilers Vacation Rental” invites you to relax and unwind and is perfect for a vacation with up to four people. You’ll be at the beach in just a few minutes. Just a short walk and you’ll reach the boardwalk and the main beach!
This tastefully furnished apartment offers 68 m² of living space. On the lower level, you’ll find a spacious living room, an open kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the upper level, which offers additional seating and sleeping space. From the lower living area, you can step out onto the covered balcony with a beautiful view of the peaceful surroundings—ideal for reading or enjoying meals outdoors. You’ll also find plenty of opportunities to relax in the shared garden and in a small seating area with wooden benches.
For relaxing after a bike ride or a day at the beach, the living area is furnished with a couch, a TV, and a CD player. You can spend long, convivial evenings at the cozy wooden dining table—whether sharing a meal or playing a board game from the game collection.
You can easily prepare your vacation breakfast, snacks for the beach, or dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. It features, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and egg cooker).
The separate bedroom features a welcoming interior in harmonious colors and promises a restful night’s sleep. It is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet. In the upper part of the apartment, there is a small double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a cozy sitting area with a couch and a desk.
Additional comfort awaits you in the modern bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, a lighted mirror, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.
For our young North Sea vacationers, a high chair and a crib are standard features.

Certain sections are designated for activities such as surfing, kite flying, or team sports (surf beach, kite beach). The popular Langeoog/Kaapdünen elevated promenade runs along the dunes and is perfect for a leisurely stroll—with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach.
