Close to the beach and centrally located – A very cozy vacation rental with a balcony and garden!
Hello and welcome to “Haus Fritz-Reuter-Straße 4” on Langeoog. Our small but charming vacation rental, Meents Oase, invites you to relax and unwind and is perfect for a vacation with three to four people. You’ll be at the beach in just a few minutes. Just a short walk takes you to the popular promenade and the fine-sand main beach!
The apartment has been continuously renovated over the past few years; it’s lovingly furnished and offers 43 m² of living space, divided into a spacious living area with an open, modern kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. On the covered balcony, with its beautiful view of the peaceful surroundings, you can enjoy the crisp North Sea air—ideal for your first cup of coffee in the morning sun, relaxing with a good book, or sharing a meal outdoors. For additional relaxation in nature, the house features a shared garden.
After a bike ride or a day at the beach, you can spend cozy moments in the living room with its sofa area and dining area, watching TV or playing games. A TV, DVD player, CD player, a few board games, and some children’s toys provide plenty of entertainment.
Snacks for an outing or a special holiday meal can be easily prepared in the open and well-equipped kitchenette. It features, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker. As a coffee connoisseur, you can choose between a classic drip coffee maker and a Senseo pod machine.
When the sun sets on Langeoog, a comfortable night’s sleep awaits you in the separate bedroom. It is furnished with a small double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. (The bed is built-in, so you can only get out by stepping forward.) Our cozy sleeping alcove next to the living area also promises restful nights. A comfortable double bed for one to two people (180 x 200 cm) and a curtain separating it from the living area ensure coziness and a pleasant retreat.
The modern bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and lighted mirror, as well as a heated towel rack, a cosmetic mirror, and a hair dryer.

The Langeoog / Kaapdünen elevated promenade runs along the crest of the dunes and is perfect for a leisurely stroll.
