Walk a few short blocks to the lake & Meadow Park or drive 2 minutes to downtown shopping, dining, entertainment and local markets.
This is a single level ranch style home. offering 1,800 sq. ft. of living space and a separate game room.The Kitchen is beautiful, very modern and spacious with a Bar-top counter & 2 Bar Stools, dishwasher, fully equipped with all necessities. The Dining Room offers a large Dining Table and a Flat Screen TV. The Living Room offers a Flat Screen TV w/DVD Player, large sectional sofa and a Wood Burning Fireplace.
