Welcome to Pornichet! A charming and renowned seaside resort on the Bay of La Baule, famous for its relaxed lifestyle, both in summer and winter. We are a family originally from the region. We designed our apartment with travelers in mind, to best meet the needs of this type of stay. Our beautiful apartment is located 300 meters / a 4-minute walk from the magnificent Bay of La Baule and its 9 km long beach, lined with bars and restaurants. You will be staying right next to all the shops in the center of Pornichet in a lively area (bakeries, pastry shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, delicatessen, newsagent/tobacconist, ice cream parlor, and many other shops). Pornichet train station is a 3-minute walk away. Located in a small, 4-unit building, our apartment is on the 2nd floor. It comprises: - an entrance hall with a long corridor, - a bright, open-plan living area of ​​30 m², facing south with unobstructed views. This room includes a large lounge area with a 3-seater sofa (convertible, with a proper mattress for 2 people), two large armchairs and two poufs, a TV unit with digital terrestrial television. A lovely dining area with a large table. Large triple wardrobe with storage. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, sink, extractor hood. Senseo coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils and crockery. High table for 2 with bar stools. - A beautiful bathroom with sink, large shower, bathtub, storage cupboards, washing machine and towel warmer. - Two bedrooms opening onto a balcony, one with a double bed and large wardrobe, and the other with two single beds (which can be joined to make a double). - Two balconies/terraces, including a south-facing terrace (off the living room) with ample space for 6 people to dine al fresco, complete with table and chairs. Good to know The apartment is the only one on the landing, with only 3 other apartments in this small building. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. Parking is available on all streets around the building, both in winter and summer. This apartment is designed for your all-inclusive vacation! A few rules and guidelines will be required: - No parties - No pets - No smoking inside the apartment, which has 2 balconies/terraces. Regarding bed linen, it is not provided as standard. However, we offer to provide it at the following rates: €20 for a set of bed linen for the double bed (master bedroom), €15 per set of single bed linen (therefore €30 for the two single beds in the second bedroom), €20 for bed linen for the sofa bed, and €10 per bath towel. Cleaning is not included.
