This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is centrally located just off I-240 & I-26 ~ less than 2 miles from downtown Asheville and only 4 miles from the Biltmore Estate. In winter, catch downtown views from the upstairs bedroom and back deck.
Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, dining area, hardwood floors, central heat & air, and a gas log fireplace for cozy nights in, plus a TV for easy downtime. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for a great night's sleep, and off-street parking is included.
As a licensed massage therapist, I also offer in-house massage appointments for guests who want to unwind even further ~ no travel required, no mobile service fee, and no need to get back behind the wheel afterward. It's the perfect way to cap off a day of Asheville exploring.
