About this house rental

Welcome to Ashevilleshire Cottage. Fantastic West AVL convenient location - Easy access to the best that Asheville has to offer.

Five minutes to Haywood Road, ten minutes to downtown Asheville, fifteen minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, fifteen minutes to Biltmore, fifteen minutes to hiking/biking trails, and dozens of breweries/wineries within mins.

Covered front porch, private back deck with a grill, open floor plan, 2020 construction, a dog accepted, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, fast WiFi, smart TVs, private, and in Asheville!

The neighborhood is spread out, so you'll have room to run around the yard if you want to. The house is on the main road, so some traffic noise may be experienced at times. Again, the house is located in the city and on the main road, so some traffic noise can be heard, especially when you're outside.

Quiet hours after dark.

** ALL Guests MUST be registered when booking. The number of adults and kids, add your dog too if coming. Six people maximum at this house. You must register your dog too at booking.

No smoking, vaping, or candles.

Must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.

DOG RULES
A dog fee applies for ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes. Maximum of ONE dog with prior approval. Dogs under 50 lbs. The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them. Please note that you are bringing your dog when making your reservation.

1. No puppies - Dog must be at least ONE YEAR OLD
2. No attack or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed
3. Must have all shots and flea treatments that are up to date
4. Must always be on a leash outside and under the control of the owner
5. Must NOT sleep on beds, couches, or chairs
6. You must clean up after your dog and do not flush poop down the toilet
7. A dog fee will be charged for the extra cleaning required

We love dogs, and we are happy to host your well-behaved dog.

2. The Farm at Green Heron Pond is 7.5 miles/15 minutes.
3. Downtown Asheville is about 10 minutes away, depending on your destination.
4. A gas grill is on the back deck.

    The house inside was perfect. It was clean and nicely decorated and all amenities were provided. We were disappointed with the outside. You should do some landscaping to make it pleasant and provide "curb appeal". Also, the porch was not usable--kind of scary being so close to road without anything to block the view of the road. Some sort of shrubbery would have helped. One last issue was that we had some difficulty getting any real time news. Perhaps we just were not savy enough with the streaming provided.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway at this lovely property. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, the towels were plush, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend away. Super cozy for movie and game night and close to downtown and the Arts District for good food, drink, and entertainment!

    We are in our 60s and traveled with our adult child and wife. The place was spacious for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. The back deck was great for hanging out and grilling. The drive into Asheville was easy and Uber was readily available. Earth Fare grocery is close by and great for meat, produce, snacks, beer, wine etc…. And the house was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

    We enjoyed our stay! Very nice, fairly new house - comfortable and clean. Kitchen had all we needed to make meals. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Little extras were nice, more than the typical starter kit for kitchen and bathrooms. Ron was great to work with and responsive when we needed him.

    The home was exactly as described. It was furnished nicely and had all the items needed for our comfort and cooking some meals. Ron was very responsive when we made him aware the grill was out of gas. We would definitely stay here again.

    Everything in the house is new, very modern and clean. The house parking is tricky until you get the hang of it (would be much more difficult with more than one car). The location is close to many amenities (River, New Belgium Brewery, Downtown). As advertised it is on a busy road and right across the street from 3-4 houses under construction.
