The beach is just a short bike ride away, and convenient beach buggy services make it easy to get around the resort and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
As you enter the villa, a short set of steps leads to the main living area, where you'll find a welcoming and comfortable living space complete with a flat-screen TV and wine cooler. The couch in the living area also pulls out into a sleeper sofa for added convenience for guests. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dining table with seating for six, and an additional three barstools—perfect for gathering together to cook, dine, and make lasting memories.
The main floor also features a guest bedroom with two full beds and a flat-screen TV. A full hallway bathroom is conveniently located nearby, along with a washer and dryer for added guest convenience.
Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also includes a large walk-in closet that leads to an additional bonus space with a futon that fold out to a full sized bed and desk—ideal for remote work or a quiet space of your own.
Step outside and enjoy peaceful golf course views from the outdoor seating area. Whether you're starting your morning with coffee or winding down after a day of activities, this space is perfect for relaxing or grilling on the gas grill.

This villa was lovely. It was the perfect space for my husband, our dog, and I to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The villa was very clean and beautifully updated. The master bath had a spa feeling, complete with a tiled floor shower. Although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook our meals, (we dined out every night), it was well appointed with all of the things you’d need to cook and enjoy a meal at the dining room table. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, with easy access to the beach via the Palmetto Dunes Buggy service. It’s also close enough to walk to the beach and/or the General Store if you enjoy walking. We would definitely consider staying at this villa again.

We enjoyed our stay and the home was beautiful and generously equipped with everything needed. A few notes for owners. The 1st floor bedroom has very poor lighting, the beach towels were stained and need replacing, 1st floor bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. We assumed the bikes and beach chairs came with the home. You should inform guests they come from an off-site location outside of the community and needed reservations ahead of time. We were unable to enjoy bikes rides on the many bike paths because we were too late making reservations.
