About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 105 m² house in Baudinard-sur-Verdon to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a 50 m² living room (with stove), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, stove (wood not provided), sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Baudinard-sur-Verdon, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit the Quinson prehistory museum
- Discovery of the Sainte-Croix lake
- Explore the grand canyon of the Gorges du Verdon, with its nearby craft markets, particularly in the charming village of Baudinard, offering a magnificent view from the Notre-Dame chapel
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Vehicle strongly recommended
- Nearest train station: Les Arcs - Draguignan, 50 km away
- Nearest airport: Marignane, 100 km away
