Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a shared courtyard of around 50 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

- A 23 m² living area with a TV, sofa and a bunk bed ( the bottom bunk measures 120 x 190 cm and the top bunk 90 x 190 cm)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a washing machine, a fan, and an ironing board.
Outside:
- A south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 50 m² courtyard shared with the neighbours, running around the property.
The flat is ideally located in Ivry-sur-Seine, in a very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a supermarket just 50 m away.

- Visit the contemporary art centre in Ivry (Crédac), around 1 km away.
- Discover the local heritage: Moulin de la Tour, Cité Maurice-Thorez, Fort d'Ivry
