✓ Driveway is paved but steep—4WD or SUV is recommended for easier access
✓ You may occasionally hear nearby cabins, especially during busier seasons
✓ Starter supplies are provided, but you may want to bring extras for longer stays
✓ The cabin is tucked in the woods, so you may see wildlife like deer and occasional insects—pretty normal for the area, especially during warmer months.
✓ We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, as Apple Maps can be unreliable in this area of Broken Bow. We’ll also send clear arrival directions.
✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.
✓ Age requirement: The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
✓ Indoor Fireplace: Available for use from October 1 – March 31.
✓ Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is professionally cleaned between stays.
✓ Pet Policy: $45 per pet per stay, No limit on the number of pets!
