✓ The cabin is tucked among the trees, so it's common to spot deer and other local wildlife during your stay.
✓ The final stretch to the cabin is on a gravel road, which is typical for many Broken Bow cabin retreats.
✓ Planning a fire pit night? Be sure to bring your favorite firewood and fire starters, as they are not provided.
✓ The cabin is tucked in the woods, so you may see wildlife like deer and occasional insects—pretty normal for the area, especially during warmer months.
✓ We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, as Apple Maps can be unreliable in this area of Broken Bow. We’ll also send clear arrival directions.
✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.
✓ Age requirement: The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
✓ Fireplaces (indoor): Available for use from October 1 – March 31.
✓ Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is professionally cleaned between stays.
✓ Pet Policy: $45 per pet, per stay; with no limit on the number of pets.
