Garden: Approx. 500 m² garden area shared with neighbors, of which approx. 40 m² is fenced* (picket fence and wildlife fence/wire mesh, approx. 120 cm high), patio, grill (available during the summer months).
*The fenced-in garden area is located between the patio and the front property line facing the street and is fully visible from the kitchen/dining area.
The house is located in the small village of Lütow on the sunny island of Usedom, not far from the Südspitze Gnitz Nature Reserve
The entire island is a natural paradise for walkers, cyclists, and swimmers. For active vacationers: the former Peenemünde naval research facility with the remains of its extensive grounds, the imperial spas, the diving bell at the pier, sightseeing boats on the so-called Achterwasser, etc.
Distances: Bakery 1.7 km, small swimming spot in the nature reserve 1.5 km
