Ariés is a stylish, newly built (2024) two-level stone home (100 sq.m.) located in the historic Proka neighborhood of Ano Poli, just 7 minutes from the beach. Combining quality design with attention to detail, this maisonette will offer you unique moments of relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and functional space with a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen, with dining area and a ground-floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright living room with fireplace and sofa bed, an additional bathroom, and a veranda with open views.

The Neighborhood:
Kyparissia is one of the most charming seaside towns in Messinia, offering a perfect balance of authentic Greek atmosphere, natural beauty, and convenience.
