About this apartment rental
The two-storey holiday home MATINA is located approx. 1 km outside the pretty town of Kyparissia, between ancient, dense olive groves. In a quiet, idyllic setting, close to the sea, above the beautiful Farmaka beach, lies the well-kept domicile with two-storey flats. A large, beautifully landscaped and well-kept garden plot with pine trees and many Mediterranean flowers and plants surrounds this lovely holiday home.
On the ground floor of the house, between dense trees and beautiful garden views, is the Matina 1 holiday flat. In winter 2024, the formerly small Matina 1 holiday flat was extended, renovated and converted into a modern, bright, comfortable large holiday flat. The large living room with wonderful views of the countryside offers guests plenty of space and direct access to the terrace and garden. This is adjoined by the modern open-plan kitchen. A small hallway leads from the living room to both bedrooms and the shared bathroom. Each bedroom has direct access to the covered terrace or the garden. The BBQ area in the garden of the house is shared by both holiday flats.
The beautiful, nearby sandy bay of Farmaka is about 150 metres away and can be easily reached via a level path and a few steps.
If you want to spend your holiday close to the sea, in the middle of nature, in a well-kept, quiet environment, then this well-kept holiday flat is the perfect choice. Charming Kyparissia, with its idyllic little harbour, the beautiful beach bars and its old town district above the city, offers a good change from the quiet surroundings of your holiday home.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal hier und haben die Zeit wieder sehr genossen. Zum Entspannen auf der großen Terrasse oder in der Hängematte wunderbar geeignet.

Ενας εξαιρετικος χωρος, μεσα σε ενα μικρο «ιδιωτικο δασος». Το ΜΑΤΙΝΑ 1 ειναι οτι ακριβως φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες. Η βεραντα το καλυτερο σημειο του σπιτιου, παντα δροσερο! Εξαιρετικοι οικοδεσποτες η κυρια Μαγδα και ο κυριος Λακης!καθε τοσο μας εφερναν καλουδια απ τον κηπο τους! Σας ευχαριστουμε για ολα! Ιδανικο μερος για οσους θελουν διακοπες ηρεμες κ απομονωμενες!

This place exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing holiday, grab a book and look no further. Surrounded by trees lies this wonderful 1-bedroom apartment, with a large terrace, spacious bathroom and adjoining kitchen. Even on the warmest of days, the terrace was cool and filled with natural light. And nothing compares to falling asleep with the sound of sea waves in your ears. Although we didn’t use it, it’s worth mentioning that there is a BBQ in the garden with ample fuel provided. The secluded beach 7 min on foot and 25 stairs away with natural shadow from rocks. The town of Kyparissia is 1,5km away The owners are extremely hospitable, thoughtful and giving people and their two dogs are a delight to have around. We look forward in visiting again.
