In Sainte-Maxime, a very beautiful villa with a private pool and magnificent sea view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is available for rent for 8 people. Set on a 5000 m² plot, it is located in the quiet area of Vierge Noire, close to the town center.
It consists of a living room, a kitchen opening onto a covered terrace, and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower. There are terraces and an infinity pool facing the sea.
The villa is tastefully furnished and offers high-quality amenities. WiFi included.
The beach is accessible 500 meters away via a pedestrian path, or 1.3 km by car. Boules court facing the sea. The pool is approximately 5 x 12 meters, freeform with a depth of 2 meters.
Pets are not allowed unless authorized in advance.
Bed linen is included.
Final cleaning is extra at €180.
A security deposit of €2000 is required upon arrival.
Tourist taxes are extra (amount varies depending on the duration, rental price, and number of people over 18 occupying the property).
Charges are included.
A 25% deposit is required.
The villa must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied.
The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
