Guests have full access to the entire duplex, covered patio & private dock & riverfront sitting area across the street. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock. Private parking is available in the rear of the property.

Other things to note
Guests are asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking, just a standard document confirming care and respect for the property. Prior to arrival, guests choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
