We had to unexpectedly go to Florida for a family funeral. We wanted to all stay together and it’s so hard to do in a hotel. I found this house and it worked perfect! It was so clean. The beds were comfortable. Soft blankets everywhere. Comfy couch and nice tv! I highly recommend this property!!

The place worked out perfect for our trip to Melbourne. It was quiet and comfortable. We loved the pool on the hot days in FL.

We loved the location in Melbourne. It is close to all the things we wanted to do as a a family. The property was clean and the pool was perfect and heated per our request.

The house is located on a very quiet suburban street with close proximity to everything - we never drove more that 10 mins whether to go to a store or restaurant.
The house was also very comfortable with decent size bedrooms and well equipped from towels to the kitchen. We enjoyed hanging out on the huge couch watching movies on the massive TV (with access already programed and available) on the raining days we had. Unfortunately the weather was too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked really nice and I bet would be fun on a warm day.
Also, great and quick communication with the host. We will definitely return for another visit.
