Situated on a corner lot, the property features a 2 car carport, spacious backyard with string lights and a dining area —perfect for outdoor relaxation. Inside, you`ll enjoy modern amenities like a smart TV, fast internet, luxury bedding, blackout curtains, and a full kitchen, ensuring a comfortable and functional experience.
The space
The master bedroom boasts a king bed, smart TV, and a desk for remote work, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers a twin bed. All rooms feature spacious closets for ample storage. Additional conveniences include a Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, and a cozy atmosphere created by tasteful furnishings.
This home is just a short drive to local attractions: 5 minutes to major retailers (including two Targets), 20 minutes to Lenovo Center and Carter-Finley Stadium, and within walking distance to Aversboro Coffee and Aversboro Sports Bar (18-minute walk), and 13 minutes from Downtown Raleigh. Security Deposit: For reservations made through VRBO a $250 hold will be placed on your card the day before your departure. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released to you 7 days after the initial hold is made. For Airbnb reservations damages will be taken care of via the Airbnb claims center.
Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation.
No Parties - $500 fine.
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $500 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $250 fine.
Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM ET and check-in is at 4:00 PM ET.
If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can try to accommodate your request (subject to availability). A $50 fee applies for early check-ins after 1:00 PM and for late check-outs up to 1:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding that check-outs after 1:00 PM will incur a full night’s base rate. This policy ensures our cleaning & maintenance team has the time needed to thoroughly prepare the property, maintain high standards, and provide a great experience for every guest.
Max number of people on property - Five (5) people. Every unauthorized guest on our property beyond our max occupancy of five (5) people will result in a fee of $50 per unauthorized guest.
Quiet hours: 10PM-8AM.
No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing.
A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome but we do require guests to add their pet as a member of the reservation since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $150 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $300 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations. If you`re bringing a service, although not required by Airbnb, we appreciate the notice so we can inform our cleaning team, just as we do for regular pet stays.
Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest (towel $20, sheet $25)
Lock home when leaving.
Trash and Recycling (brown) are alongside the house. Please do not put trash in the blue recycling can! Curbside pickup is early Mondays, if you stay Sunday night please take containers to curb Sunday evening and return to the side of home Monday afternoon.
If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Please park in the driveway. Free parking is allowed on the street as well. Please note, we are not responsible for any events related to your vehicle while parked on the street or driveway.
Lastly, because this is a short term rental community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
