This third-floor end unit walk-up offers 675 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, combining comfort, functionality, and a touch of beachy charm. With one bedroom and two full bathrooms, this cozy retreat comfortably sleeps up to five guests.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting space filled with cute coastal décor that immediately sets the vacation mood. The living room features a queen Murphy bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements while still leaving plenty of space to relax during the day. A TV with cable service and access to the Hulu app via a free guest login adds entertainment options, and a ceiling fan and 2 wall air conditioners keeps the space comfortable after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Flex Brew coffee maker, so whether you prefer a quick cup or a full pot, your mornings are covered. Just off the living area, a small side balcony with a bistro table offers a quiet place to enjoy your coffee or catch a coastal breeze.
The bedroom features a queen bed along with a single daybed, making it ideal for families. A ceiling fan and TV add to the comfort, and the private ensuite bathroom includes a shower with a jetted tub combination for a little extra relaxation. The second full bathroom offers a glass-enclosed stand-up shower, providing convenience and flexibility for additional guests.

Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please.
