    I stayed here for a night and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-tier, and the staff's hospitality truly stands out. But the real showstopper is the valley view—it is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gangtok who wants a beautiful, stress-free stay.

    Asmita and Sujata were the best staff around who helped with check in breakfast. The chef was amazing. They prepared best meals and always on toes for helping. Great service and enjoyed my stay a lot. Definitely recommended, new hotel.

    A true hidden gem! If you’re looking for a place with character and exceptional service, this is it. The attention to detail in the decor and the quiet atmosphere made our trip so relaxing. Highly recommend.

    Very disappointing experience. Restaurant staff was completely untrained and careless. Even after informing reception that we were travelling with a 7-year-old child and were extremely hungry after a long journey, nobody informed us that the kitchen was closing. We had to sleep hungry at night. Rooms are small and organized,washroom is clean with decent space but there are no windows, making the room feel suffocating and trapped. Poor hospitality and zero concern for guests.only housekeeping staff is well train 👍🏻
