Late-night parties, loud music, excessive noise, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours and help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Failure to comply may result in fines and immediate termination of your stay.

1. **Approved Events Only** – Small events are welcome with prior approval. Late-night parties, loud gatherings, DJs, amplified music, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.



2. **Quiet Hours** – Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 8:00 AM**. The city and neighborhood strictly enforce noise ordinances. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times.



3. **Registered Guests Only** – Only guests included on the reservation or approved in advance may enter the property.



4. **No Smoking** – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.



5. **No Pets** – Pets and animals of any kind are not allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of your reservation without a refund.



6. **Parking** – Park only in designated parking spaces. Do not block driveways, sidewalks, neighboring properties, or fire lanes.
